After it expires, a client can ask for it to be reopened within the support window. Whether to extend it is your call.

Opens and downloads are event records. They do not identify who performed them, and they are not legal proof of delivery.

FAQ

Before you start,a few things you may want to know.

Does FinalDrop store my files?

No. Files stay in your existing cloud. FinalDrop stores the sharing URL you paste and provides the delivery layer.

What happens to the original files after expiry?

The FinalDrop page reaches its expiry state; the original cloud files and permissions remain under your control. A client may request reopening within the supported window, and extending is your call.

Are client projects published automatically?

No. Delivery is private by default. A project joins your portfolio only when you explicitly publish it.

Can I identify who opened a link?

No. You can see open, download, device, and region events, but FinalDrop does not identify a person.

Does the public portfolio support SEO?

Public pages have a technical foundation for crawling and indexing. Actual indexing time and ranking are determined by search engines.

What’s the difference between Free and Pro?

Free includes 3 active delivery links, core delivery and Portfolio features, and 30 days of analytics. Pro removes the link limit and adds more brand and Portfolio options with longer analytics history.
