Refund Policy
Last updated: April 23, 2026
1. Merchant of Record
All payments for FinalDrop subscriptions are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is responsible for billing, collecting payment, and issuing refunds on our behalf. Your payment receipts and invoices will be issued by Paddle.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost. No refund is applicable.
3. Pro Plan — 14-Day Refund Window
If you upgrade to the Pro plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
After the 14-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.
4. Business Plan
Business plan access is granted on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility will be discussed at the time of onboarding. Please contact us directly for any billing questions related to the Business plan.
5. No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except within the 14-day window described above or where required by applicable law.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your FinalDrop account
- Your Paddle order or receipt number (found in your billing email)
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
7. Exceptions
In cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to deny refund requests.
8. Contact
