Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FinalDrop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FinalDrop is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows photographers and creative professionals to wrap existing cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) into branded, password-protected client delivery portals. FinalDrop does not host or store any end-user files — all files remain in the user's chosen third-party cloud storage provider.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep this information up to date.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

FinalDrop offers a Free plan and a Pro monthly subscription. The Pro plan is billed monthly through our third-party Merchant of Record until canceled. The Merchant of Record is responsible for collecting payment, issuing receipts, and managing tax compliance (including VAT/GST) on our behalf.

By subscribing, you authorize our Merchant of Record to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Share illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Distribute malware or phishing links
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you link through the Service. By using the Service, you grant FinalDrop a limited, non-exclusive license to display and serve your portal pages to your designated recipients. We do not claim ownership of your content or files.

7. Intellectual Property

The FinalDrop platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by FinalDrop and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Deletion happens in two stages. Your portfolio and every delivery link you have created stop being publicly accessible immediately — anyone opening a link you previously shared will see a "not found" page. Your account and its data are then permanently destroyed 30 days later. You can cancel the deletion at any point during those 30 days, which restores everything. Once the 30 days have passed, the deletion cannot be reversed and links you shared with clients cannot be recovered.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinalDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
